So what makes this conspiracy different from your previous hundreds of conspiracies that you supposedly had rock solid proof for?

“This is a major gap. In fact, it’s without precedent,” he said. “It’s the longest period any department has gone without an IG.”

Inspectors general serve an essential and unique role in the federal government by independently investigating agency waste, fraud and abuse. Their oversight also covers violations of communications security procedures.

“It’s clear she did not want to be subject to internal investigations,” Krongard said.

An e-mail audit would have easily uncovered the secret information flowing from classified government networks to the private unprotected system she set up in her New York home.

He says “the key” to the FBI’s investigation of Emailgate is determining how highly sensitive state secrets in the classified network, known as SIPRNet, ended up in Clinton’s personal e-mails.

“The starting point of the investigation is the material going through SIPRNet. She couldn’t function without the information coming over SIPRNet,” Krongard said. “How did she get it on her home server? It can’t just jump from one system to the other. Someone had to move it, copy it. The question is who did that?”

Yup. Clinton doesn't believe in any accountability and is corrupt. Nobody in their right mind will vote for her.

It may be difficult for the public to take this seriously

She needn't worry about the public, her worry should be focused on the 150 FBI agents going through her life. I wouldn't be surprised if 10-12 indictments come from this, the hildabitch being one.

Except there aren't "150 FBI agents going through her life". A right-wing tabloid made up that rumor, therefore every one of the brainless rightie cult dupes here instantly fell for it hard.

Nor was any top secret information given out. We keep asking what was given out, and always get crickets in response, meaning that every rightie cult dupe making that claim is lying. Again, No surprise there.

Also, is it possible for even one HDS kook here to post without being a such a vile sexist pig? Probably not. That's just another one of their charming personality traits. The Clinton-haters here are the whole package, stupid and dishonest and nasty, poster children for the banality of evil.

Now, let's check out reality, a place rarely visited by the rightie cultists here.

No government official in the USA has ever been prosecuted for unintentional mishandling of classified information.

There is zero evidence that Hillary ever deliberately mishandled classified information. Sorry, but rightie kooks making up crazy tabloid stories would not be "evidence". Clinton didn't even do anything that was illegal. Unwise, yes, but not illegal.

Hence, there is zero chance of Clinton being indicted.

1. Hillary never even took a government e-mail at the state department.
2. She knowingly circumvented the laws if not flat out broke them from the outset.
3. Obama, who claimed to have learned of the private e-mail from the media at the outset of the scandal, e-mailed Hillary no less than 18 times.

Okay sure but even the most partisan Republican would have to admit that the Queen of Corruptions Sgt. Schultz impressions during email-gate have been most entertaining. :)

Ok, let's break this down.

Fox News is told that about 100 special agents assigned to the investigations also were asked to sign non-disclosure agreements, with as many as 50 additional agents on “temporary duty assignment,” or TDY.

Yes you folks keep deflecting to the "none give out" claim which has no bearing on reality. First you have no idea whether or not her system was hacked, you also have no idea what people had access to the server who weren't authorized to have it. Did she ever have a low level aid screen her email for her, who might not of had the necessary clearance? Second, just having that level of information on a personal, unsecured system is a violation of law. Clinton owned and controlled that system making her culpable for everything on it. We know from what's been released there are a minimum of 1300 documents that were classified, with as many as 20 Top Secret and 5 TSSAP. One had names of CIA operatives in the ME and the names of people on their payroll. If you think this kind of gross negligence won't be prosecuted, well that makes you delusional.
