The transparent hypocrisy of Ron DeSantis

Not in those three red counties huh
FL, 2020 election.
Which blue counties took catastrophic damage from damage from Ian?
Prove your claim to be true.

You claimed in 2020 only the legislature can change election law, even during an emergency! And you brought it to court......

In certain States. depends on the STATE CONSTITUTION and STATE LAW.

What State law is DeSantis breaking?

DeSantis agrees to election changes for storm-battered area

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis used his emergency powers on Thursday to waive state election laws for counties hard hit by Hurricane Ian that are grappling with widespread damages and disruptions.

DeSantis agreed to set aside state laws so election officials in Charlotte, Lee and Sarasota — all of which are Republican strongholds — can consolidate polling places, extend early voting days and make it easier to send mail in ballots to voters to an address that is not listed in voting records.

Apparently, in Repub strongholds it's perfectly acceptable to waive voter rules that Repubs (and DeSantis) have claimed heighten the potential for voter fraud. What's striking is the audacity of doing this sort of thing right out in the open. But then why wouldn't he? He knows there will be no accountability for hyper partisanship among his constituents. They rather like duplicity.
Can you not see a difference between PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO A LOCATION and a manufactured crisis that had ZERO impact on physical voting locations?

That would make you pretty stupid

Are you this stupid naturally or do you work at it? COVID affected voters in that they did not want to vote in person whether the polling places were damaged or not. Now that I've explained the obvious don't be too hard on yourself for missing it. Trumpleton's often need help understanding simple concepts.

Not being able to vote because you cannot go to a poll.
Not being able to vote because you don't want to go to a poll.
One is voluntary, the other is not.
Thus
Apples and oranges

“Don’t want to go to the polls in person because we are in the middle of a PANDEMIC”

Is every bit as good a reason for absentee voting as a Hurricane.

OMG. The alternative ways of voting to voting in person are what Repubs having been screaming about since Trump lost the election. It's the motivation for all the restrictive voter laws passed by Repubs all around the country. Yet here's Ron easing the rules for Repub dominated districts after imposing restrictive laws on the rest of the state. C'mon man, think.

The polling places are GONE.

What am I supposed to "think" about lol

Fucking moron

So there are no polling places on those three counties???
Look at you, still refusing to understand the difference between the two situations.
Since there is a difference, any claim of "hypocrisy" is a statement of abject ignorance, or an outright lie.
Are you ignorant, or a liar?
