What a bunch of narcissistic crap. My only regrets are when I could have been kinder to others.
 
The babe leaves out the old Dean Martin quote "If I knew I would get this old I would have taken better care of myself." The freaking book is nothing but a freaking guilt trip. Be proud about what you accomplished and the family you created instead of regretting things you did and might have done.
