Military bases in Cali...and they are multitude, should get $$$, "sanctuary cities" can rot faster then they are now.I think that also means that if the President wants to stop federal funds going to that state, that can happen, which means all those welfare pukes are going to rise up and start rioting and burning stuff...Oops, that already is happening....When does all the winning start?

would not receive ANY of ITS OWN MONEY back....
instead CALIFORNIA money would go to red states that already PAY LESS TO the federal government then they get back........

Legitimate Californians are fed up with foreigners and the foreign influence....They hate feeling like foreigners on American soil. They miss the days when they could communicate in english with everybody in line at the bank, when nearly everybody was like-minded and shared similar interests.

In Texas it depends on where you are and if you're really drunk.
You cant walk down the street hammered or you're gonna get a public intoxication case.
If you're at some festival sure you can drink.
