Sounds like a good idea BUT did I miss where the treasury suddenly got an influx of billions of dollars?
Seems like we are suddenly working against the idea that housing should be available but then states and cities put up so many restrictions and regulations that it costs way to much to build affordable housing. So which do we want affordable housing or states regulating and taxing housing?
