They aren't "hateful", but prolonged contact with our dusky brethren pretty much eliminates any notion of "equality" from any fair thinking persons mind.

In Austria, I grew up in a "centrist" family, I was a social moderate and took all the politically correct mantra in media and my schools for granted. However, as I grew up and my neighborhood and city changed, as more Turks, Arabs, gypsies and Albanians for example have moved into our area, I was absolved of any notion that we are "all the same" and that race is a social construct, and that their dysfunctional behavior is somehow our fault.
