Here’s How They Did it: Real-time Election Fraud​

Database latency — a geeky term, but that’s how they did it!​

A policeman pulls over a speeder. The police computer reports that three hours ago, a similar vehicle and person held up a liquor store — so the police are on alert.
No database latency.
County election managers change the zip code of 31,000 voters on September 3. Ballots go out that week. Those 31,000 are undeliverable. Someone collects those valid ballots. On September 15th, those addresses are quietly changed back.
The National Change of Address Database (NCOA) will not pick up those address changes. They didn’t happen because there is no history.
The 31,000 citizens were getting their mail just fine — except for ballots. Ballot addresses were driven by the county mail-in ballot database — the one that was changed, then changed back.
Many states send ballots to everyone; the recipient is none the wiser that they never received a mail-in ballot. They may vote in person. Oops! “You already voted!” Ever heard that?
Welcome to database latency.
Our bad guy pals know they can change voter rolls, take an action, then change them back. Who would know?
A thousand voters are changed from inactive, voted, then changed back, and how would you ever know? With lots of complex footwork, you could eventually tell from their voter history file — months after the election.

In Michigan the Dems SOS made sure ballot petitions were tossed so the candidate who would have definitely beaten Whitmer were removed from the primary.
Democrats that pay people to deliver harvested ballots by the ballot are capable or orchestrating a massive redirection of mail in ballots? It only takes a few ‘leaders’ in each district to coordinate. Only a few hackers to massage the databases. Only a few people to look the other way.
Its all motivated by under the table payoffs. The ‘mules’ don't have to see the big picture, they just want their promised payoff.

Because there is no reason in the world to doubt the serious incongruities with the 2020 election was because there were ample ways for the democrats to cheat in the ballot count, and they did so. . while i do believe some sneaky shit is going on, almost all record keeping would simply track changes to a record.

change an address, mark "karen changed this address on 9/3/22" and when changed back a week later "karen changed this address on 9/10/22"

those are in simple logs on every system worth a damn i've ever seen.

also, latency is usually measured in fractions of a second, not a week or 2. the ONLY way this happen is if the group who manages that DB and the NCOA DB would have to be something they simply push addresses to but isn't a dynamic db per se.

ie -
send addresses to NCOA on 9/1
change adresses on 9/2
mail out ballots from 9/3-9/10
on 9/11, change zip code back
on 9/12, send updates to NCOA

even in that case, the local db would still mark the changes. ask to look locally vs. on a database that takes feeds you send it or pulls data automatically at a given time. this is much more simply gaming the system vs. db latency.
