Christianity is fond of sainthood. That is normal, religion is for acquiring saintliness. reading a holy book must make one holy, a saint. Pope John Paul II was canonized on account of a miracle of a woman who woke up from a coma after hearing his name. It sounds un believable, but it is true. I say that it makes more sense if that woman was considered a saint, and not Pope John Paul II. In any case, that woman alos is not saint.

You find saints in Islam, because Islam is a true religion. Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) was sent as the last prophet, 14 centuries ago. 14 centuries ago, that's close to the end of times. There would be no prophet after Muhammad, so saints were raised after him, century after century, saints of Islam. Thanks to these saints, people have the means to re-unite with their Creator who created them and loves them. No other religion fulfils that purpose, but that is the sole purpose of a religion. There are 124 000 saints of Islam, and they shall come at each century, after Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) and His Companions (may Allah be well pleased with them) until the end of times.

These saints, out of their closeness to God Almighty and His beloved (peace be upon him and his family), out of holiness would fly in the air, walk on water, talk with God, see God, do various miracles. They are intimates of God Almighty and intimates of the beloved of God, Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family). Popes become saints because wealthy supporters threw enough money at the Pope-makers. If you don't have the coin, you don't become a Pope. Google it.

If Islam is a "true religion" what would be some examples of untrue religions. Whoe decides which are true and which aren't? Memebers of the religions that are true? How's that make sense? Be like my saying I'm God because I say so.

If you were talking to a Jew when Torah was being written, they'd probably say one of their Jewish prophets was the "last prophet." In fact they do say that even today. Prophecy existed only in Israel up to a point, then it stopped. No one outside of Israel is EVER a prophet (according to Judaism admittedly.) So anyone can come along later and say out of the blue they're a prophet. The Christians did, the Muslims did, and most recently the Mormons did. But if we';re talking about the deity in the Jewish Tanach, all these claims must be thrown out because it isn't consistent with Jewish teachings. Wann amake an entirely separate religion fine, but using previous ones and you deviate so hugely from it, you're only shooting yourself in the theological foot.

Islam is the regional response to the then wildfire spread of a non-arab religion, Christianity. Prior to Islam, the arab world had its own small cults and religions but nothing universally accepted like Christianity which was regarded as foreign and thus unacceptable. Only thing to do was invent your own arab version out of thin air (as Christians did building upon Judaism.) Islam doesn't even dispute this mentioning numerous times how they "took from the people of the book a covenant" meaning the Jews. And Jesus of Christianity is mentioned in the Qur'an more times than Mohammed so obviously they recognized the validity of Christianity.

Catholicism bills itself as the universal religion, yet pretty obviously the only truly universal religion to date is Islam, practiced in every country whereas Catholicism isn't, nor is Catholic power anything comparable to Islamic. No one worries about speaking ill of the Pope you'll notice.

While no religion is "true" as none offers empirical proof to backup their many claims, this is by design for all of them. They relics froma time widespread governments didn't yet exist, but large numbers of people living near one another did. To control people so everyone got along (more or less) some unifying thing had to be implemented, as with a religion. Some endured and caught on, most didn't.

What we should look fowards to now is the end of all religions. They're more trouble than they're worth. With global communications, massive governments and governmental alliances the need for religions as unifying entities and institutions is long gone.

The Saints of Islam are great and honored. The Companions are greater and more honoured than the saints of Islam. The Companions are the companions of Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family), those who were with him. There are 124 000 Companions, just like there are 124 000 prophets and 124 000 saints of Islam.

The Qur'an mentions the Companions. The Qur'an says they are mentioned in the Torah, the Gospel and the Qur'an; that is, the real Torah, the real Gospel and the Qur'an. This indicates that they are holy ones, sinless. If they do something not right, it's for the sake of teaching; they are teachers.

"Muhammad is the apostle of Allah. and those who are with him are strong against Unbelievers, (but) compassionate amongst each other. Thou wilt see them bow and prostrate themselves (in prayer), seeking Grace from Allah and (His) Good Pleasure. On their faces are their marks, (being) the traces of their prostration. This is their similitude in the Taurat; and their similitude in the Gospel is: like a seed which sends forth its blade, then makes it strong; it then becomes thick, and it stands on its own stem, (filling) the sowers with wonder and delight. As a result, it fills the Unbelievers with rage at them. Allah has promised those among them who believe and do righteous deeds forgiveness, and a great Reward."

"Behold! verily on the friends of Allah there is no fear, nor shall they grieve; those who believe and (constantly) guard against evil; for them are glad tidings, in the life of the present and in the Hereafter; no change can there be in the words of Allah. This is indeed the supreme felicity."

In the Holy Hadiths (the holy sayings of Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family):

"The Ulama (scholars) are the inheritors of the prophets." (Hadith we know from Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, Ibn Maja...)

Scholars here does not mean the regular scholars who studied through schools and books. It means the saints of Islam.

Aftrer Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) the Seal of the Prophets, there are no more prophets. But there are the saints of Islam, century after century, until the end of times. Muhammad himself is the guide, the leader and the master of the saints of Islam.

Abu Abdallah Jala was a saint of Islam. He fell asleep at the tomb of Muhammad. He saw in his dream Muhammad. He told Muhammad that he - who came as a guest - was very hungry. Muhammad gave him a piece of bread and he ate half of it. Then he woke up and he was holding the other half in his hand.

It is the saints of Islam that explain Islam, the Qur'an and the Hadiths (the sayings of Muhammad) in perfect truth, because they are the intimates of God and His beloved, Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family).

Just exactly who are these saints of Islam, and where are they? Because If there is not one in every mosque what is the point of Muslims reading the Quran, if they cannot understand it without it being interpreted by a saint.
