I suspect that this guy is a straw-man creating bullshit artist.

First of all let me say I don't know (or care) what Clinton said.

Certainly history doesn't support what this clown said Clinton said about the Crusades.

But history shows us that the battles between Islam and Christendom started long before the Crusades.

Let's recall that the Roman world WAS Christian post the fifth century.

Let us recall that Islam didn't exist until the 8th century.

Let us recall that Islam expanded mostly by the sword in North Africa and the mid East.

Let us recall that Islam was expanding into Christian Europe (and the Mideast and in northern Africa, too) long before the crusades, too.
