As most of you know, Barack Hussein Obama and Arizona Governor Jan Brewer held a finger wagging contest with each other on the tarmac of an Arizona airport last week. Apparently, Barack took exception to some comments the Governor made in her book and let her know in no uncertain terms the comments were not appreciated. Most people in public life become used to disparaging remarks and develop the ability to slough them off like a duck's back sheds water. But not Barack. Barack suffers from a malady known as Narcissistic Personality Disorder. The most recent world leaders of note to have suffered from the same disease were Joseph Stalin and Adolph Hitler. Basically, these individuals lack the ability to tolerate criticism. Any criticism.
(1) The WhiteHouse attempted to remove Fox News from the WhiteHouse presspool. Only when the other networks objected to this move did the WhiteHouse back down.
(2) A Boston Newspaper printed a front page article critical of president Obama. It was summarily excluded from the WhiteHouse presspool as a result.
(3) A San Francisco newspaper reporter recorded a demonstration against Obama on her cellphone inside a closed event and allowed it into the public domain. She was subsequently ejected from the WhiteHouse presspool.
(4) LA Governor Bobby Jindal received the same tarmac abuse from the president upon landing as Governor Brewer did, due to some disparaging remarks Governor Jindal made regarding the BP oil spill and the resulting ban on drilling in the Gulf.
Recapping Fritz Gerlach: Fritz Gerlach was the editor and publisher of a Conservative, Nationalistic German newspaper during the 1920's and 30's. Conservative, Nationalistic German newspaper. Prior to the attempted Munich Beer Hall putsch, Adolph Hitler requested a meeting with Herr Gerlach. When she opened the door, the stranger silently handed her her husband's bloody spectacles and walked away.
When Orville Faubus stood in the doorway blocking court ordered integration, Dwight D Eisenhower nationalized the state's National Guard taking it out from the Governor's control, then sent in the 101st Airborne to enforce the courts order
JFK sent the 101st Airborne in, likewise, to enforce court ordered desegregation in Mississippi.
The next Congressional recess, Barack Obama and Eric Holder will likely arrest Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, Sherriff Joe Arpaio and the other Arizona sherrifs who are relatively tough on illegal immigration. The state will be placed under federal supervision, the states law enforcement agencies will be placed under the supervision of immigration friendly Justice Department officials and the borders will be opened. Wide open.
