No, the state of black-American youth is an abysmal failure by any standard. Skewed statistics is not going to save enough of them from crime, murder and incarceration. You have no point..

What an asshole. As if bullshit graphics from the NAACP are empirical proof regarding any reality on America's mean streets. Of course there are millions of decent black men in this country; I knew many in Vietnam and in the military at large and in my life ever since, but that doesn't excuse the millions who aren't decent, who gun each other down at horrific rates every year, and who make life so miserable for the rest of society. Have the guts to face life's problems head-on instead of finding proxy targets for your hate. It makes you leftists look such fucking cowards.

■ Urban public institutions which serve populations from tougher circumstances are known for lower graduation rates. But UMass Boston has gone from 2 out of 10 black men graduating in 2004 to 4 out of 10 in 2010, one of the fastest rises in the nation.
