Jake: that has ALWAYS been the attitude of the Socialist left; abort the poor/ prevent them from breeding and you solve the problem of Poverty. That leaves only the "Intelligent" Socialist leaders to redistribute the wealth of Society...ahem: with them in the elitist set of course. As old as British Socialism!!

This is an awful thing to say. It sounds like something Margaret Sanger would say.
