Three unelected federal judges in San Francisco yesterday ordered the Trump administration to continue accepting visitors and would-be immigrants from seven dangerous countries that are incubators of Muslim terrorism.

When President Trump learned his temporary ban on the admission of aliens from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen that was put on hold Feb. 3 by Seattle-based Judge James L. Robart would continue in abeyance, he got on Twitter immediately.

At 6:35 p.m. Eastern time he tweeted in all caps: “SEE YOU IN COURT, THE SECURITY OF OUR NATION IS AT STAKE!”

...

At long last limits must be imposed on judicial review.

When unelected judges seize power they are not supposed to have and thumb their noses at We The People by rejecting the Constitution and the unambiguous language of a congressionally approved statute specifically giving the president discretion regarding the admission of aliens, it is time for a revolution against those usurping judges.

Americans fought a long and bloody war to win independence from an oppressive mother country.

Now they must fight a new war against this judicial tyranny that has darkened the American landscape.

Dangerous indeed. Terrorists have now been given a green light to come into the country while the liberal politicians and judges block enforcement of our immigration laws.

Dems will try to blame it on Trump's "inflammatory rhetoric" (or a YouTube video).

So how is it different than Obama giving priority to Muslims???...

Court: Trump May Have Established a Religion by Prioritizing Refugee Claims of Persecuted Minorities
February 10, 2017 - A three judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit determined it is possible President Donald Trump may have violated the Establishment Clause of the U.S. Constitution by issuing an executive order that calls for prioritizing the refugee claims of persecuted religious minorities.
The relevant provision in Trump’s order would apply equally to Syrian Christians, Syrian Shiite Muslims and Syrian Yezidis—all of whom the U.S. Congress has determined are being targeted for genocide by the Islamic State, a group which ascribes to Sunni Islam, the majority religion in Syria. The element of the Constitution the three judges believe Trump may have violated is found in the First Amendment. It says: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” On January 27, Trump issued his executive order, entitled “Protecting The Nation From Foreign Terrorist Entry Into the United States.”

The first section of Trump’s order explained its purpose. It condemned religious persecution and discrimination based on race, gender or sexual orientation.” It concluded with these words: “In addition, the United States should not admit those who engage in acts of bigotry or hatred (including ‘honor’ killings, other forms of violence against women, or the persecution of those who practice religions different from their own) or those who would oppress Americans of any race, gender, or sexual orientation.”

Section 5 of Trump’s order would suspend the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) for 120 days while the secretaries of State and Homeland Security review it to be certain the government has in place adequate screening procedures for people admitted as refugees. It also suspends the admission of refugees from Syria until the president has “determined that sufficient changes have been made to the USRAP to ensure that admission of Syrian refugees is consistent with the national interest.”

This section of the order also calls for prioritizing the refugee claims of persecuted religious minorities—insofar as that is consistent with existing U.S. laws. “Upon the resumption of USRAP admissions,” the order says, “the Secretary of State, in consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security, is further directed to make changes, to the extent permitted by law, to prioritize refugee claims made by individuals on the basis of religious-based persecution, provided that the religion of the individual is a minority religion in the individual's country of nationality.”

Trump: We Will Do ‘Whatever’s Necessary to Keep Our Country Safe’
February 10, 2017 - In a joint press conference with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, President Donald Trump said Friday that despite the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decision not to reinstate his executive order pausing immigration from seven predominantly Muslim countries, he is “confident” that his administration would be able to provide “tremendous security” for the American people through “extreme vetting.”
“I feel totally confident that we will have tremendous security for the people of the United States. We will be extreme vetting, which is a term that I developed early in my campaign, because I saw what was happening,” Trump said. “While I’ve been president, which is just for a very short period of time, I’ve learned tremendous things that you could only learn frankly if you were in a certain position, namely president, and there are tremendous threats to our country. We will not allow that to happen,” he said. “We will not allow that to happen, so we will be doing things to continue to make our country safe. It will happen rapidly, and we will not allow people into our country who are looking to do harm to our people. We will allow lots of people into our country that will love our people and do good for our country. It’s always going to be that way, at least during my administration,” the president said.

Trump pledged to do “whatever’s necessary to keep our country safe.” He said one of the reasons why he is president is because voters felt he would provide the best security for the country. “The voters felt that I would give it the best security, so we’ll be doing something very rapidly, having to do with additional security for our country. You’ll be seeing that some time next week. In addition, we will continue to go through the court process, and ultimately, I have no doubt that we’ll win that particular case,” Trump said.

The Associated Press reported Thursday that the judges on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals said the argument that Trump’s policy targets Muslims raised “serious allegations” and presented “significant constitutional questions.” The judges agreed that courts could consider statements by Trump and his advisers about wanting to enact such a policy. The prime minister said Japan is also facing issues of refugees and terrorism, adding, “We need to work closely together on these global issues.” Abe said Japan has played its own role, but moving forward, it “would continue to work with the international community to execute our responsibility in a commiserate manner.”

They might try to do that but all Trump need do is point back to the 9ths ruling and legitimately claim that he TRIED to keep the militants out.

The leftardz love it when someone says they "tried."

The next step for DJT is to petition for a full en banc hearing of the issue.

Of course it being the 9th Circuit Court Of Appeals I don't expect the opinion of the majority to be any different than this petit trio.

And if DJT wants to pursue this higher than that he will need to make sure he has stuffed the SCOTUS with a 9th Justice first.

Right now it would be a tie of 4 to 4 mostly likely at the SCOTUS level if the two swing voters of Kennedy and Roberts agree with DJT. Kennedy and Roberts are unpredictable.

House all the refugees in Hollywood, Berkley, and other progressive strongholds, so they can care for them and take their chances.

I think a VIP progressive should have to vouch and be assigned responsibility for each refugee. Jail time matching the crime for the progressive if the refugee causes and incident.

If these refugees do something within the next couple years it's all on the judiciary.

Trump should open the immigration floodgates in response to the courts decision also. Since the progressives are so 'pro'-immigration let's see what they think about allowing 50 to 60 million educated people from SE Asia into the country. Then in a few years we can discuss whether English, Spanish, Chinese, Hindu, or some other language should be taught in school and have all government documents in all these languages.
