The new edition of National Security Strategy that outlines foreign policy priorities of the USA is being released today. "It sets out the principles and priorities to guide the use of American power, and it affirms America's leadership role within a rules-based international order," said Bernadette Meehan, spokeswoman for the National Security Council. "It reinforces our commitment to allies and partners and welcomes the constructive contributions of responsible rising powers."

The administration of President proclaims the US as the leader of the world in military and security doctrines as always, which proves that the US has imperialistic character of foreign policy, establishes international order and doesn’t need to negotiate with any of the world powers. Let them all just to discuss, but the US will decide.
