The Myth of Systemic Police Racism

The false narrative of systemic police bias resulted in targeted killings of officers during the Obama presidency. The pattern may be repeating itself. Officers are being assaulted and shot at while they try to arrest gun suspects or respond to the growing riots. Police precincts and courthouses have been destroyed with impunity, which will encourage more civilization-destroying violence. If the Ferguson effect of officers backing off law enforcement in minority neighborhoods is reborn as the Minneapolis effect, the thousands of law-abiding African-Americans who depend on the police for basic safety will once again be the victims.

Anyone perpetuating this myth is the real racist

This is data lol

Helloooooo mcflyyy

In 2019 police officers fatally shot 1,004 people, most of whom were armed or otherwise dangerous. African-Americans were about a quarter of those killed by cops last year (235), a ratio that has remained stable since 2015. That share of black victims is less than what the black crime rate would predict, since police shootings are a function of how often officers encounter armed and violent suspects. In 2018, the latest year for which such data have been published, African-Americans made up 53% of known homicide offenders in the U.S. and commit about 60% of robberies, though they are 13% of the population.

What's the cumulative number of deaths while in police custody over the last 50 years?

That is what the outrage is about

I’m not that’s even the issue. The issue is police brutality. They brutalize all races. It’s systemic.

Police have been brutalizing blacks for decades. I tend to think they are fed up with it. However, they also brutalize all over races. The brutality is systemic.

It’s all minor in comparison to the looting of the American people by the extreme wealthy. Cornell West nails it.

There's racism and there are bad cops. They're both problems, that's for sure. But neither one of them are as bad as Democrats obsession with destroying our economy to sink Trump's reelection bid. Dem terrorist groups, antifa and BLM, are pure evil, then again, so was the cop murderer and the government union that protects him.

My point is that over generations there have been enough killing of UNARMED Blacks, or Deaths of Blacks while in police custody that the Black community has a legitimate grievance over it.

Hiding behind the statistics of a single year is nothing but ignoring the history of the Black people in this country and all ther other factors that are involved.

If the Ferguson effect of officers backing off law enforcement in minority neighborhoods is reborn as the Minneapolis effect, the thousands of law-abiding African-Americans who depend on the police for basic safety will once again be the victims.

Anyone perpetuating this myth is the real racist
I’m not that’s even the issue. The issue is police brutality. They brutalize all races. It’s systemic.
Is killing cops systematic?

No.

So systematic is another way for you saying you can’t explain why black people are out-of-control or you don’t wanna admit your democratic policies are killing black people.. go away

Lol. That’s racist.

Police have been brutalizing blacks for decades. I tend to think they are fed up with it. However, they also brutalize all over races. The brutality is systemic.

It’s all minor in comparison to the looting of the American people by the extreme wealthy. Cornell West nails it.

Cool
Story troll

Yes it’s much too deep for the mentally disabled. Sorry.

You’re lying is even worth trying to even give you the known data that’s out there that’s been said 1000 times on here you just choose not to listen to it

You can choose to ignore the problem, it’s certainly the prerogative of the dumb. Your Messiah is ignoring it, so you do too.

Data shows we aren’t ignoring it. Go away troll
