Relax, its just local elections only in the city in which they reside. It only effects that city. They dont want illegals to vote, only to add legal non-citizen residents to voting. Its already done in a few places. These people pay taxes, so its "taxation without representation".

I have a co-worker from UK who is still on a green card by choice, and is not a US citizen.
