My son-in-law's family has a 700 acre ranch not far from here, use to shoot out there. But just haven't went for awhile.

Na, I am pretty happy with the range with in a couple miles of my house. The girl that sets up the targets is a sight to behold. Friendly too! I am pretty happy when I am down there.

Yesterday morning. I tend to practice at least once a week or every other week so I don't lose my skills.

But I have a shooting range at home in the basement. I'm sitting here just in a bathrobe right now and could just put on some slippers and walk downstairs and do some target practice within a minute. I wouldn't even have to get dressed or drive anywhere. Very convenient.

Unfortunately it's been about two years. The fucked up hip replacement has made it impossible to go to the lease.
Normally I'd go shooting a couple times a month and go through 600 to a 1000 rounds per trip.
