No, it certainly isn't given the man had a cell phone and GPS tracking records to verify even just locations and times.
But it's the same old deny and or delay facts through intimidation tactics used by Swamp loyal FBI etc. agents who interrogated the Postal worker war vet who witnessed a supervisor instructing personnel to illegally backdate mail in ballot's and got so much interrogation intimidation for revealing it that he said he'd rather have been dealing with terrorist overseas threats to only his own life.
