Also stopping criminals from entering with intent to harm Americans (also a huge net gain in security), and to stop trafficking from within and from without in using the illegal crossing points (another huge net gain for Americans).

And through positive revamped trade agreements, they virtually did write metaphorical checks that in retrospect were no longer bankrupting our nation as we had lopsidedly entered into in the past.
