Zone1 The KKK and the First Amendment

Does the Ku Klux Klan have the constitutional freedom to peaceably assembly? If so, shouldn’t we change that constitutional amendment?
Ask the FBI; they're the govt agency keeping them alive and funded for decades, same with 'neo-Nazis', all run by paid 'confidential informants'.

It has been ruled that they have that right. No, we shouldn’t amend the First Amendment, offensive speech is the speech that most needs protecting. It’s far better that bigoted fools can openly express their idiotic opinions, than having them fester in the darkness of repression.

Most of the people in the Trip K's nowadays are law-enforcement from various levels of government, reporters embedded to get a "scoop" on "white nationalism" that the libs say is a threat as well as activists from groups like the Anti Defamation League and Jewish Defense League keeping tabs on it. If it wasn't for all the dues the 3 K's gets from those being paid to keep an eye on them, they'd probably be out of business by now.

who gives a shit if they do or dont,, they swore an oath to protect and defend it and if they cant do that job they should resign,,

Do you know the difference between power and authority?

Judges have tons and tons of power. They aren’t going to resign. They can make 1,000 rulings and have all 1,000 of them overturned by appeal and still get re-elected. The court of the appeals is the only thing that protects citizens. Judges are a worthless formality. They do whatever they want with 0 accountability.
