actually, hon, roosevelt had a long term affair; eisenhower had his aide de camp, kennedy... well, we all know about kennedy, daddy bush... clinton...

the only ones not having had affairs that i know of were reagan, baby bush and, to the best of my knowledge, obama.

so he's not really wrong. there's apparently a huge correlation between high IQ and promiscuity (which explains shrub not being promiscuous) and power is definitely an aphrodesiac. it really isn't that surprising.
