The influence of Eisenhower and Reagan on the policy of the USSR.

Khrushchev and Esenhower came at the same time. There is no doubt that Khrushchev was his protégé. He overthrew the Stalinist faction, banned alcohol, freed collective farmers, and pursued right-wing politics and economics. He was unlawfully dismissed shortly after Eisenhower left.

The same tendencies were observed during Perestroika(Reconstruction, period of 1985-91) under Reagan. Including the USSR, under the influence of Reagan, withdrew its troops from Afghanistan.
