Obviously, the “quid pro quo” narrative is a farce because it was Biden who plainly states he was the one doing quid pro quo.
“Joe Biden brags about how he threatened to pull $1 billion in loan guarantees from Ukraine if it didn’t immediately fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin”. In fact, Bill Clinton entered into a treaty in Ukraine to cooperate in criminal investigations which, of course, are conducted, in the US, by the Executive Branch. See:

If Trump had a quid pro quo deal regarding aid, it was perfectly within the spirit of this agreement and there are many examples of past presidents doing the same thing regarding aid. In fact, Trump has done it many times and there was no outcry, previously. The real paper trail that the Democrats are hiding is that Biden, Kerry, Pelosi and Romney, among others, all had their fingers in the Ukrainian pie in the midst of a lot of turmoil. US taxpayer dollars go to Ukraine, as aid, then come out of Ukrainian coffers back to these politicians in a blatant kickback scheme that has been repeated all over the world. Biden & friends were robbing both US taxpayers and Ukrainian citizens in this scheme. The revelations of the so-called Panama Papers that are roiling the world’s political and financial elites this week include important facts about Team Clinton. This unprecedented trove of documents purloined from a shady Panama law firm that arranged tax havens, and perhaps money laundering, for the globe’s super-rich includes juicy insights into how Russia’s elite hides its ill-gotten wealth.
Almost lost among the many revelations is the fact that Russia’s biggest bank uses The Podesta Group as its lobbyist in Washington, D.C. Though hardly a household name, this firm is well known inside the Beltway, not least because its CEO is Tony Podesta, one of the best-connected Democratic machers in the country.

Never let the truth interfere with the Progressive Marxist Socialist/DSA Democrats stealing an election. When they fail, they’ll get their vengeance later if you do.
In a just world the Ukraine corruption would lead to the massive 'Troubled Asset Relief Program' (TARP) corruption that Biden is linked to and most of Congress would probably be swept up in it!
