Mort, I'm glad you're on the road to recovery from the surgery, but I'm telling you as a friend, though in the virtual world it may be, you're gonna have to really focus on dropping some weight. And you have to stick with it. You have to commit. Takes time.

If you don't, you'll have more problems as you get older.

Glad to hear it. Congratulations. It didn’t work for us with my father’s Cancer 20+ years ago.

So I’d just warn people that results of prayer may vary from person to person
