The Great Political Prestidigitation

What the heck happened to the "can-do" American.

Seems now we are left with the "do as you're told American."

8. The heart of the Constitution is the first amendment….yet the Democrat Party opposes free speech, free thought, freedom of religion, exactly as Communism, Fascism, Nazism, does. How can they have missed that???
Is it that this sort of thing has never occurred to those Democrat voters???
Confront them with this, and all you will get by way of explanation is “is not, isssssss noootttttt!!”…..or the latest escape: “That’s Russian disinformation!”

To repeat statistics known to be contrived is an example of what Aquinas called 'ignorantia affectata - a cultivated ignorance'.

"The deniers first deceive themselves that they are sincere in their adherence to falsehoods. Thus they cannot be faulted for acting on genuinely held views. But in truth, they have cultivated an ignorance of the facts, what Thomas Aquinas called ignorantia affectata. An ignorance so useful that one protects it at all costs, in order to continue using it in one’s own self interest. This ignorance is not exculpatory, but inculpatory. Forgive them not, for they know full well what they do.' RICHARD BADALAMENTE

Ignorance is invincible if a person could not remove it by applying reasonable diligence in determining the answer. Ignorance is vincible if a person could remove it by applying reasonable diligence. Reasonable diligence, in turn, is that diligence that a conscientious person would display in seeking the correct answer to a question given (a) the gravity of the question and (b) his particular resources. America was created as a haven for individuals, not for lock-step Liberals, and collectivists.

In Thoreau’s On the duty of Civil Disobedience, he states: “ There will never be a really free and enlightened State until the State comes to recognize the individual as a higher and independent power, from which all of its own power and authority are derived.”

This moral equivalence argument is a cop-out unless you offer a legitimate alternative. Additionally, do you really consider Trump to be of the same stripe as Bush-Obama-Biden? If so, there is little point to further discussion.

Your "moral equivalence" needs tweaking- I didn't start the wars- FYI- the legitimate alternative is to sop them. Period.

There will never be a really free and enlightened State until the State comes to recognize the individual as a higher and independent power, from which all of its own power and authority are derived.”
That will never happen- those who need it most came from Public Education and gained their alleged higher education in dens of inequity endorsing and sanctifying their feelings with excuses ignoring reason- and never being told the difference so it doesn't exist in their narrow and shallow minds- except for the stinky tourists who must obey the elders in their church or be doomed to everlasting hell-

The US Constitution neither grants nor prohibits the administration of Public Education by state or local authorities.
Ah- so the 10th amendment means nothing.
The 10th Amendment was a restriction on federal authority. Subsequent SCOTUS decisions have applied some of the previous amendments to the states, but Public Education is not among them.

The science behind Pfizer's coronavirus vaccine is the work of BioNTech. The brains behind the company is a husband-and-wife team of researchers: Ugur Sahin, 55, and Ozlem Tureci, 53, based in the German city of Mainz.

Some = cherry picking. And of course noone is going to put it up for argument because the authority isn't there. And the SC is on the states side-

Can you point out, per the constitution, where Public Education is a granted authority?
The US Constitution neither grants nor prohibits the administration of Public Education by state or local authorities.
And like voting, absent certain minimal requirements, leaves it entirely up to the states.
Both SCOTUS and Congress have the power to establish minimal requirements for federal elections, since voting is a Constitutional right.

Actually the supreme court said that people don't have a right to vote except that granted in the constitution for the house of representatives, and after the 17th amendment for senator.

States can chose how they select their Governor, their legislatures, and other officers of the state. And unless in their state constitution says to be by citizens voting, it can be by whatever method the legislature agrees to.

Each state supreme court consists of a panel of judges selected by methods outlined in the state constitution. Among the most common methods for selection are gubernatorial appointment, non-partisan election, and partisan election, but the different states follow a variety of procedures.

That right also belongs to the people, who are allowed to home school.

I would be remiss not to point out that Democrats/Liberals oppose the right to home school.

"Eric Holder: Banning Homeschooling Doesn’t Violate Fundamental Rights"

One more indication of the dictatorial nature of the Democrats, the spawn of the Bolsheviks.

Home schooling is like putting students on "lock down"

So you should support stay at home orders.

It is hardly difficult to find out what Democrats/Liberals/Progressives truly believe......and it isn't in the rights of individuals.

9. "We can see that all elements of the socialist ideal--the abolition of private property, family, hierarchies; the hostility toward religion--could be regarded as a manifestation of one basic principle: the suppression of individuality.... All this is inspired by one principle--the destruction of individuality or, at least, its suppression to the point where it would cease to be a social force."

10. I would like to believe that the circle represents a true American.

Did your folks love you enough to home school you?
