You guys will make tough choices on who survives or not or live with a lot less. See those police. A percentage do their job real well. Some unfortunatly may cross the line. but many others are not very good and many of what are left are no good at all. And it costs. Salaries, pensions, sick time, injury time, lawsuits that they initiate and what is initiated against them. And then there is the time of the month time off and maternity leave and calling in to take off because the kids have no one to watch them and so much more. This is in a lot of jobs. To those who do their jobs well while others skate...It is called Toxic Suckerism.

Every generation I have seen has had their men and their pussies. I just got off the phone with one of his generations men. 21 years old all ready has his captains license, already ran 80 trips this year. He will out fish , out shoot , out hunt just about any one I know. When you start to generalize you are almost always wrong. Had a great conversation with him and we laughing hard. He took out 5 men ages around fifty today. He tried to cancel the trip on them due to bad weather. They replied they could take it. My buddy Eli told them they are paying regardless of whether or not they can complete the trip. They are all tough guys till they get on the waves. They were out 15 minutes and started puking. Eli told them he ain't going back till he at least hit his limit. Took Eli about 45 minutes. Hillarious!!!! I guess those old men will know better next time. Reminded me of when Eli was my first mate and we had a group of Albanian mobsters on the boat. Same thing bad weather, I told them to reschedule. I got them out there and made them stay the whole 7 hours. While Eli and teased them the whole time. Big tough men. Hillarious. Ah fun times.

Yeah, they really do, and I just don't get it. My only guess is that they think that (a) maximizing their nutty base will win with turnout, and (b) many Republicans they marginalize and attack will still vote GOP.

Job creation for blacks and minorities SLOWED under Donald Trump, after the historic increases in black business and black hiring under Obama. Obama cut minority unemployment in half. Trump lowered it by half a point or so. Technically yes, Trump employment rates for minorities were lower than Obama's.

Obama cut the black unemployment rate from 16% in 2010, to 8.4%. That's an average decrease of 1.4% per year for 6 years. Trump decreased the black unemployment rate to 6.1 in 2019 - a total decline of 2.3% over a 3 year period for an average decrease of just under 0.8%

Even worse, when the pandemic hit, black unemployment went back up to 11.4% so any claims you might have made that at least things weren't go backwards, under Trump, is right out the window.
