How could the New York Times tell tens of millions of people that Epps was a key instigator in the “Makeup of the Mob” if the FBI had already known about Epps for 6+ months and even had his mugshot on the Most Wanted list? Perhaps the Times would have done the FBI a much bigger favor if they had simply not referred to Epps at all.

There have been claims that Epps was on a "Most Wanted List".

Bullshit. He was on a LIST of suspicious actors. People that the FBI were trying to identify. It turned out that he never entered the Capitol so no charges were brought. To my knowledge there have been no persons charged who didn't enter the Capitol.

He IS however an OathKeeper.

He was removed from the list once he was identified and investigated.

He supposedly was not charged, because after months of hunting, there was no evidence, that he was ever inside the capitol....no video, no pictures, no nothing inside. They are only charging those who entered, unless they beat up cops outside.
