Republican President:
- Attempts to implement a neutral judge who is semi-neutral (GWB, Trump)
- Leftists condemn said judge as inhumane (Thomas hit jobs, Kavanaugh Salem Witch Trials, Barrett religious tests)
- Judge doesn't always decide in right wing's "favor" (Roberts, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch multiple times)

Democrat President:
- Implements clearly radical judge: (Clinton, Obama, Biden)
- Right wing intensely questions judges previous statements and rulings (Sotomayor, Jackson)
- Votes lock-step with leftist ideology (Sotomayor, Kagan, Breyer every time)

The left views the SCOTUS as a way to dictate their will without the will of the people (AKA Congress). They can't get their dictations passed, so they force it with activist judges who manipulate the constitution.

Mostly conservatives in the courts stick to the constitution and laws rarely getting outside of their lanes.

Left-wingers see the judiciary as the way to force changes on the country they can't through the electoral process.
