The courts should have taken on the voter fraud issue.

The courts should NOT have dismissed the voter fraud cases. They should have allowed them to approach the courts and with transparency show the American people it was either a concern or invalid.

They should have done this knowing if they did not, the nation would remain divided forever.

But perhaps this is what they really wanted all along.

And God forbid any of it might have gone Trumps way. That would have been unacceptable.

All they had to do was prove the election was void of fraud...and they refused....blocked attempts at every turn...anti Trump secretaries of state and blue state governors and justices appointed by Clinton Bush and Obama (establishment hacks) blocked them all....its a damn shame...the people of the United States of America can no longer have faith in their election system....

Agreed.

The courts should have ignored the fact that there was no objective, documented evidence in support of ‘fraud’ and simply taken Trump’s lawyers’ word for it – scout’s honor.

So y'all are in favor of judicial activism

And purely for the purpose of political theater at that

Not their job.

The courts are in on it. Why would they allow it to be heard?

They couldn't take the cases---if they did the dems brown shirts, media, and other minions would act to destroy them. this is especially the case with Roberts who rode in the Epstein plane several times. The dems could not even allow the cases to be heard because then evidence would have been entered into the record and even their media would have been able to keep a gag order on it.

The courts did. 60 times. And they saw no proof.
There is election fraud every election

They should have publicity allowed the evidence to be presented, be documented, and let the people decide from there.

Were they scared of some evidence being presented I wonder?

When John Roberts was the deciding factor in denying the immediate hearing over the PA Supreme Court overriding statutory law you knew lower courts would go wobbly.

We were sent a message today...that we will take the government they want us to have and they have the media on their side....there will be a day when voting is a thing of the past in America...just happy I'm not just starting out in life...I can play golf and tune it all out...I feel bad for younger Americans....

This thread is stupid.

That's not what courts do. That's not what courts are supposed to do.

They weigh evidence in an objective manner. If there is no evidence they have no opinion. They make no ruling.

There was no evidence. There was no fraud that affected the election.

Trump lost

You don't like that but it's the fact

Donald Trump should STOP lying to the American people and tell the truth. And so should all Republican leaders and officials. Donald Trump should have never lied to the people in the first place. There was never any questio of fraud in the election. Trump made that up.

Donald Trump lost the election fair and square.

Looks like crazy trumpsters think our judicial system is totally corrupt. Is there any part of our 3 branches of government that you believe in?

If they had JUST ONE half way decent lawyer who knew how to draft a pleading properly so that the case could get to the evidence phase then maybe things would have been different.

Still don't know why they were crying election fraud all over the country but once they got to court couldn't get the words out of their mouths.

Or maybe they just didn't have a case to begin with. The courts are under no obligation to allow them to present the alleged evidence in a case, if they can't make it past the basic procedure portion of filing a lawsuit (I think I said it right )
