The cop that murdered floyd

Murder. Once informed there was no pulse instead of removing his knee and rendering aid, he kept his knee on the neck for 2 and a half more minutes to make sure he was dead.

That makes it pre meditated.

You go outside with the intention to steal money from anyone, you carry a weapon for this purpose. You find a woman walking alone near a park who is coming on your way, right at the spot you have prepared for your crime, you approach her, it's dark, no one will see you, she won't recognize you, you show her your weapon and take her purse. That is pre meditated.

You just go outside to have your walk, and in your way you see a woman walking alone near the park who is coming on your way, suddenly you see the opportunity to steal her purse because you notice no one will see you, it's dark, and she won't recognize you. That is also a crime, but it wasn't pre meditated.

Words are running the police officer and Floyd knew each other, but surely the police officer didn't prepare the scenario to kill Floyd. Even if they knew one to another, the police officer appeared to that emergency and just found the opportunity to cause damage to Floyd.

Chauvin noticed he was on camera, then it is absurd he will murder someone in front of those witnesses. It is more understandable he didn't care being watched using extreme use of force,

If you accuse him of murdering Floyd, being Chauvin conscious that there are lots of witnesses and phone cameras watching him, and that he in purpose murdered Floyd, then you might check his mind, because a person in his complete mind control won't be stupid to do so.

Just stand with abuse of force and forget pre meditated murder because you will save his ass from jail and send him to a mental institution.

Think about it.

The law is far more complected than had a plan/did not have a plan.

Now lets look at a few things. This City is Democrat Controlled and has been for almost 100yrs. The Police Chief is Black, the force and the city are your typical large urban American city.

The excessive force was thankfully caught on tape, because this cop has been brought up on charges for excessive force multiple times. Amy Klobuchar declined to prosecute him when she was the cities prosecutor. Why didn’t she?
The cop that murdered floyd should get a public execution for murdering him. We can't allow cops to murder the people that they're suppose to serve and we must make a example of this guy in order to show that we're serious about this and to calm the public. Anyone that is burning, looting and committing criminal acts should be punished severely for their crimes but the killer should pay for the destruction that he has helped caused.

He should be arrested, tried in a court and when and if found guilty by all the evidence he should be treated like any other criminal.
What really needs to happen is police departments all over the country need to sit everyone down and pound it through their heads that this shit is not tolerable or you will be treated like any other criminal and your badge thrown in the garbage where it belongs. Respect for the badge is a two way street and a double edged sword. The people wearing it cannot abuse their power.
I believe for the most part cops are there to look out for the public, but I have a real problem with how the other 4 cops stood around not stopping it. There seems at times to be this disconnect that is very disturbing and sickening.
Had this cop been prosecuted for using excessive force multiple times, Floyd would have been alive today. This cop must have felt entitled and somewhat above the law to go that far as to not caring about the pain he was causing that resulted in a death. I agree that the other cops should have done something to stop it, but perhaps they were afraid of the murderous cop (doesn't excuse them). I'm not sure how to feel about the newby cop who was on the job for 4 days only and now he's out of a job and in trouble too. I understand wanting to back up your co-worker or partner, but it's stupid to put your career on the line for them knowing what they did was wrong.

Absolutely correct. And it's bad cops like this, that get good cops killed.

Meanwhile, how to stop scumbag criminals from getting away without killing them (although personally, I'm pro-killing of scumbag criminals). All police officers should being issued Tasers, they fairly often don't stop the criminal. Instead, issue all police with tranquilizer dart pistols. The very second some inner-city scumbag criminal starts getting riled up because he/she doesn't want to be arrested, the cop shoots the dirt bag with a tranquilizer dart and.....steps back. After a couple of minutes of trying to run, he/she just collapses and is placed, without resistance into the cop car and driven off to his/her well deserved stay in a cage, where all scum belongs.

A public execution? Execution? Most states have Suspended or done away with the death penalty, but your sorry asses think in this case it should be reinstated. So anyone that commits a murder should be executed. Ok I can live with that, let’s start by clearing out the prisons first. Once that’s finished then fry him. Only in a feudalistic society are public executions tolerated. It shows just How stupid and backward a liberal progressive is. Oh well a fascist is a fascist.
