This is a country that I'd like to make out of the Queen Elizabeth Islands after purchasing them from Canada...
And this would be the bill of Rights.
Right Number One.
No person shall be victimized physically and/or verbally by a group, or by any individual person under the guise of Rights or liberty on the basis of any of the following.
Race, Creed, Religion, Age, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Sexual identity, Disability, National Origin, Employment, Mainstream (non-extremist) liberal or conservative political party affiliation and belief alignment, or Veteran status.
Right Number Two.
Every person is to be afforded the respect and due courtesy of that which is earned through being shown towards other persons.
Right number Three.
Every person shall have the right to travel, and No person shall be denied the usage of either public property, or private property that is open to the public or open to traffic, or serves as an effective shortcut to a destination unless the owner or management of the private property says otherwise.
Right Number Four.
Every person shall have the right to celebrate in peace, legally established and recognized cultural holidays which is of value to the parties who celebrate.
The majority who celebrate the same holidays shall be permitted to share their holiday spirit and shall have legal recognition, without it being considered harassment or oppression.
Minorities have the responsibility to either (A) Assimilate, or (B) shrug off and ignore majority holiday invitations and greetings.
Minorities have the right to share their holiday spirit as well.
Right number Five.
No person shall be required to fear violence, threats, aggression or criminal activity on account of culture, values or honor.
No person shall be required to fear violence, threats, aggression, or criminal activity from the Government and/or by Government personnel.
Right number six.
Government personnel who are not elected, are public servants, and all persons shall have the right to any reasonable and lawful service or assistance asked for and/or needed from government personnel in a timely and friendly manner.
Right number Seven.
No person unable to work, or is otherwise reasonably unable to afford private market living quarters shall be denied safe, modern, clean private market living quarters.
Financial assistance for rent lease payment and utility payment shall be a right.
No person may be denied nutrition because of a lack of personal money.
No person may be offered to sell their nutrient, vital body chemistry and oxygen and hydration carrying blood for monetary gain which is too small to live on.
No person may be denied a living wage by their employers, or be denied an 8 hour workday, or be required to work nights, holidays or weekends, or be denied at least 1 paid hour daily lunch break, or be denied workers union membership, at least 30 days per year paid vacation, or private healthcare benefits, paid sick leave or a pension retirement plan.
No person may be denied employment based on Race, Creed, Religion, Age if age 25 or older, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Sexual Identity, Disability, Veteran Status, Employment and Employment history, or for. Mainstream non-extremist politically liberal or conservative affiliations and/or beliefs.
Every person shall likewise be afforded the right to Universal Healthcare and Medical treatment and access to prescribed and over the counter medications.
No person shall be a hostage to Non-Western medicine.
Western medicine shall be a right.
Every person shall be afforded the right to a public basic education, public university education and to career training and trade skills training.
Right number Eight.
No person shall be subjected to Vices, or sexual harassment, Sexual conduct, Nudity or Lewdness without the permission of those individuals who would be subjected to it in public or on private property that is open to the public.
Right Number Nine.
The right to vote for Prime Minister, Members of Parliament, and Mayors and Governors shall not be infringed or denied to those age 25 and older.
Right Number Ten.
No person shall be Arrested or searched by law Enforcement unless they are made aware of a lawful reasonable suspicion based reason, and have been made aware of having the right to remain silent and the right to seek representation, the right to have representation present while under police questioning, and /or while under arrest, and have been made aware of the fact that all law enforcement personnel and paid third party law enforcement contractors are representatives of the Government and the prosecution, and do not work for the interests of the suspect person and that anything the suspect says can and will be used be used against the suspect, and have made aware of the fact that the suspect is being video and audio recorded.
Right number Eleven.
No person shall face criminal charges in court without representation, and without being made aware of the charges and both the maximum and sought penalties, and without a jury of their socioeconomic peers nor be required to face felony charges without indictment.
Right number Twelve.
No person shall be required to pay money or personal chattel or real estate property for freedom against incarceration without having been convicted.
Persons who are flight risks or a danger of violence, Suicide or self harm, Sexual misconduct, or of Drug activities may be held in jail until the assigned trial date and while on trial until such time as either acquittal or conviction.
Jails and prisons are not permitted to house the Mentally ill, Neurologically disordered or disabled, Intellectually substandard, or the Physically handicapped.
No person may be required to pay more than their annual income in fines, nor to pay for any crime with their physical, Corporal life nor be required to perform forced servitude, nor face cruel punishment for a criminal conviction.
