Their ideal political movement would be ā€œcadres of aggressive organizers . . . from the civil rights movement and the churches, from militant low-income organizations like those formed by Saul Alinksy and other groups on the Left.ā€

Some will have the lights go off after reading this, some wonā€™t , some will have it hit them later down the road, some wonā€™t.
The information gives people the tools to news with views where msm keeps the facts from the people . So see how good you got it at this board now if the UN/GOOGLEā€™s AI Queen wants to boot lick us all they can and will as long as the American people keep letting them.
You can see it in plain view the plan where America is falling and why. Most just wonā€™t bother.

The anti-abortion movement, nativism, populism, fake news about a stolen election, yeah, I see what you mean.

First of all, for the record, I will note that not a single word of you post are your own words. You totally lifted them from the highly biased article that you posted- focused on buzzwords and phrases like "the complete control of citizens through Socialism/Communism." and "The strategy also rejected that a person could overcome poverty through any ā€œinstitution of private enterpriseā€, signaling that hard work, education, and personal responsibility are not a solution to poverty.

The fact is that you have mindlessly endorsed this biased interpretation of Cloward and Piven and i am willing to bet that you do not even understand what you are doing.

I studied Cloward and Piven in graduate school . I read their book, Regulating the Poor , and still have it on my bookshelf.

The fact is, that their strategy was intended to save Capitalism. They understood that because the very nature of capitalism involved a cycle of expansion and contraction of the economy-unemployment and poverty were inevitable. Therefore, to quell civil unrest in times of high unemployment, and to keep the workforce healthy for when they would be needed again, a strong social safety net was needed.

An analysis of their work:

Selected excerpts:

First, We have a capitalist system, which is dynamic. Unemployment and change are chronic features of this system. Full employment actually leads to problems, at least for the capitalists, who must then pay higher wages because there is no surplus pool of labor available to them.

The government, in order to preserve the capitalist system, may have to intervene directly (offer direct relief, often in the form of cash or employment). Itā€™s also possible the government might respond aggressively, even violently (the latter perhaps less likely in a relatively stable democracy, though, but weā€™ll discuss evidence).
Not only does it ensure a ready and willing workforce to serve capitalism, but it also ensures that the employers have access to workers with low wage expectations.
If the direct relief addresses the problems and eases the unrest, the relief system tends to contract. But it doesnā€™t disappearā€“it leaves a shell (mainly of services available to the ā€˜deservingā€™ā€“those unable to work and support themselves), and thus slowly, over time, the welfare system expands slightly more than it contracts, and grows. But when it contracts, it serves once again to enforce low-wage work among the able-bodied by making welfare benefits less attractive than the lowest-wage work, or difficult to claim.

Wag the Dog.
Thank you so much for that brilliant dissertation on capitalism, poverty, economics and social justice. Clearly you are highly educated and experienced in the diverse fields of sociology, history, and the economics of free enterprise. No doubt that you have advanced degrees from the most prestigious institutions of higher learning in all of those disciplines .

Please continue to shower us with you pearls of wisdom. We have so much to learn from you and hang on your every brilliant word. As always, you raise the bar on the level of intellectual discourse on the USMB May the Gods and Goddesses bless you always
