I'm pretty much a prisoner, here in the Big Apple......but in Belarus.....they have the answer to the epidemic!!!

"Belarus’ president dismisses coronavirus risk, encourages citizens to drink vodka and visit saunas
152 people have contracted COVID-19 infections, with no deaths.

... in the Eastern European country of Belarus, borders remain open, and President Alexander Lukashenko remains unmoved by the coronavirus pandemic.

Lukashenko has refused to implement a lockdown in the country of roughly 9.5 million people, reportedly suggesting that others have done so as an act of “frenzy and psychosis,” according to Sky News.

Sports leagues in the country have carried on as normal, with the 65-year-old Lukashenko himself taking part in an ice hockey match on Sunday.

Karabaczek said Lukashenko’s participation in the game was an attempt to show the public that they were “all in this together,” pointing out that Russian President Vladimir Putin has also previously taken part in ice hockey exhibition matches."

Wait......did he say 'sports'?????

What's that??????

It's a "funny" thing here in Eastern Maryland. Funny because despite the governor ordering us all to stay at home, we're still allowed to go out for what have you. All convenience stores and grocery stores and car dealerships remain open, as do liquor stores, and most restaurants are doing delivery and takeout. There's a famous chicken shack just up the road, off base, where the owner is limiting customers in the lobby to two at a time to get their carry out fried poultry. On top of that, I went to nearby park on the bay yesterday, which is open, and hiked a couple of miles.

So the question must be asked: what exactly is the point of all the shutdowns, lockdowns, lockouts and cancellations—when so very many facets of public life (where the public can gather in numbers) remain open for business? Right, so it's like an apocalypse out there, only, not really . . .

In New York, Cuomo has his police fire warning shots over our heads if we try to sneak out.....

But in France....

'Can my husband see his mistress?': French police receive bizarre lockdown questions"

....I believe that question was phoned in by Hillary......

This "CRISIS" is just proving to everyone who the real fascists and tin-horn dictators really are.

While following the Belarus Option, the Democrat mayor of 'the big easy' took the occasion to blame ......guess who.

"The mayor of coronavirus-plagued New Orleans took a shot at Trump, saying the city would have canceled Mardi Gras if the federal government had taken the outbreak seriously"

Does anyone remember the Democrats before they went stark raving insane?????

You vil obey orduz!!!!

"New Yorkers who break social distancing rules will now face fines up to $500
...banned gatherings of any size and mandated that people stay six feet away from each other. Not everyone has listened.

De Blasio said fines of $250 to $500 would begin for people found congregating in public spaces who fail to disperse when ordered, or return after officers have told them to move along.

“You’ve been warned and warned and warned again,” the mayor said during a Sunday press conference."

Well.....at least it's not "shot on sight!!"

Maybe some NYers are following the Belarus Option.

"Belarus COVID-19 data suggests draconian measures unnecessary
“Vodka and saunas” was the famous line of President Alexandr Lukashenko of Belarus when he announced that his government would be taking no draconian measures to combat COVID-19. Belarus would go on to complete its hockey season and continue its soccer season as well.

A scathing hit piece which was published by the Associated Press made the rounds on April 2nd where President Lukashenko was quoted calling the panic “psychosis” and insisting that unemployment would kill more people.

The total death toll in the nation that still has all of its major sporting events going on stands at 13 as of April 7th.

Americans are told we are saving lives by staying indoors, but Belarus is continuing business as usual, to the disdain of the media. This discredits the soteriological claims by our governments.

...Belarus is thus far proving that the panic is indeed “mass psychosis.”
