This story has nothing to do with the vaccine, nor does it even disclose whether this patient was vaccinated.

Here is the reality .... you cannot hold the so called "anti-vaxxer" responsible if the patient left the hospital of sound mind and on his own will.

If it can be showed that this patient was not of sound mind then by all means .... charge him.

1. did the anti-vaxxer think they were going to vaccinate the man when he had an active case of covid? No doctor in his right mind would do that.

2. Why would the doctor want the patient dead?

3. How would he kill the patient? With what?
