The video in this article is disgusting. The guy continually insisting that the patient should leave the hospital needs to be charged with manslaughter.

WTF

First of all ......

This story has nothing to do with the vaccine, nor does it even disclose whether this patient was vaccinated.

Here is the reality .... you cannot hold the so called "anti-vaxxer" responsible if the patient left the hospital of sound mind and on his own will.

If it can be showed that this patient was not of sound mind then by all means .... charge him.

I'm not really understanding the logic here...

1. did the anti-vaxxer think they were going to vaccinate the man when he had an active case of covid? No doctor in his right mind would do that.

2. Why would the doctor want the patient dead?

3. How would he kill the patient? With what?

4. If the anti-vaxxer thought he was in danger at that hospital, why not take him to another hospital instead? What good was he doing at home?

An unfortunate situation indeed.

Ok. Why don't you personally go charge him yourself?

:laughing0301:

Unfortunately, there are a lot of anti-vaxxers who also feel that hospitals are killing COVID patients. Some anti-vaxxers also feel that COVID is a hoax.

It's very sad the man in the wheelchair was coerced by the Italian idiot. It cost him his life.

It's another Bullshit story to demonize anti-vaxxers.

There is a reason none of the question you addressed were disclosed in this story.

We all have the same right to accept or reject compliance to a political narrative. For anyone to pass judgment on another is a form to social totalitarianism. From what I understand we still have the right to comply or reject, at least for the time being. What should concern everyone is the gradual erosion of our constitutional rights. National Socialism, fascism, has many faces and what we see today is nothing more than a rerun of the early 20th century with a 21st century twist.

If the man had stayed he may have died anyway.

You are overexaggerating.

I don't think the guy in the wheel chair was of sound mind.

If you watch the video, the pushy Italian kept saying "Let's Go... " like hundreds of times.

The poor old man was coerced and it cost him his life.

The Italian needs to be charged.

Who in the hell gave this asshole the authority to "remove him from the hospital" :dunno:
That's what I'd like to know... security should have been called to remove the pushy Italian in the video.

Of sound mind? The guy was deathly ill and scared for his life. He had a “friend” spouting lies based on whatever over politicized kooky news sources he tunes into and convinced his “friend” to go against the doctors becausehe would die if he stayed in the hospital.

It’s not a crime to be a brainwashed puppet like this dude obviously was but the situation should be highlighted and used to combat all the false narratives flying around out there so situations like this don’t happen again.

There may be a civil suit for the family

We might take the post seriously when the former governor of NY is charged with manslaughter for his illegal executive order that caused the deaths of an estimated 10,000 nursing home patients.
Why would you need something to happen in NY to take this story seriously?

I agree and I also believe there could still be a manslaughter charge brought up against the Italian.

After all, do you recall the case from a few years ago where a young woman texted a guy hundreds of times to kill himself?

She was charged and found guilty of manslaughter even though the guy made the decision to commit suicide.

When there is immense coercion involved... it can lead to criminal charges.

It's under investigation. Hopefully the rat bastard is indeed charged with manslaughter at a minimum. The family should also sue the hospital. Under what authority was this clown even allowed in the same room, let alone to remove him?
