Obama solidified the U.S. dependence on Russian technology when he grounded the Space Shuttle and relied on Russian junk to get American astronauts to the "INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION". Wouldn't you know that the U.S. media would become a willing conspirator in the effort to accuse Donald Trump of collusion with the Russians and angry TDS lefties would buy into the attempted coup.
