The modernization of the Russian army will make it the most advanced army in the world. Western armies focus on air power only. But Russia has coequal air power.
The modernization of the Russian army includes the development of 1300 new weapon systems, for which 220 new factories were built. There will be a 5th generation jet fighter that will most likely be superior to the Lightning II, that is expensive, unreliable and has a short lifetime. There will be new nukes as well.

While the West invests more and more money in its aggressive agenda towards the world, its military capabilities are dwindling and Russia builds a wall that is final for the Nato.
