Horrendous and sickening for these crimes to be allowed to occur. They are "allowed" as had this killer been unable to cross into the US illegally, this crime would not have taken place.

Wake up all of you Texans, Arizonians, Californians, and New Mexicans who vote in officials who are not taking control over their borders! Anyone who thinks it pays off to have access to cheap labor at the cost of American lives is a self-centered, lowly sort. Allowing illegals to commit these atrocious crimes adds to the existing criminal element. The US has it's hands full with legal citizens committing violent crimes and we don't need to add to it.

All violent criminals are the same imo when it comes to these types of inhumane crimes. It matters little to me what ethnicity they are, but reviewing the details of their crimes, listening to their fake sentiments of remorse, and the lack of capability to change course (it happens, but definitely a small number) most should never be allowed to walk outside again. That might cut down on the numbers. That hour a day to exercise in the yard? I used to think it was a needed, humane measure that should be part of even the daily live of a violent criminal. Looking at the numbers of repeat offenders who indicate that prison life isn't "that bad" to risk another time around...something isn't working. Maybe I've watched too many prison documentaries. Violent criminals without a day out of their cells (eliminating the 1 hour a day to exercise) would be my recommendation to see if it would improve the rate of recidivism. I imagine the word on the street would get out about that fast.
