Only a matter of time until enough of the unvaccinated serve as willing petri dishes for the virus to mutate and spread..and maybe overwhelm the current vaccines. Selfish and arrogant.

The key operative word is might.

Who said the people who have this are vaccinated?

The article says that the vast majority of those hospitalized are the unvaccinated.

Those who are vaccinated aren't 100% safe from the virus. They can get it but the vast majority of them won't end up in the hospital fighting for their lives or die.

It has been allowed to mutate and create new variants. The new variants are more contagious and have more viral load than previous variants of the virus.

Most of the time when it mutates it become stronger and more deadly.

Which is what the Delta variant is.

The vaccine was developed before these new variants existed.

It may turn out that people will need boosters to protect them from the new mutations the unvaccinated cause to develop.
