The Biden Effect.
Since he got in office:
He cancels the Keystone Pipeline & demonizes the fossil fuel industry, promising to shut it down.
He cancels an arms order to Saudi Arabia & backs out of sanctions on Iran.
He then abandons Afghanistan in turmoil & disgrace.
Saudi Arabia announces it will accept payments like the Chinese Yuan for oil shipments instead of the petrodollars as agreed upon for decades.
It's announced Iran is only days away from being nuclear weapon capable.

Now Iran & Saudi Arabia are getting cozy, Russia & China are BFF & they are all partnering together with other countries like India, Brazil, S Africa, N Korea & others.
Meanwhile, we are actively trying to wreck our own country & the entire west with green economy pipedreams

This will certainly help to reduce violence in the Middle East. Enemies turn into partners. Now, for what General Soleimani had to die comes true.

This is very big news my friend.

It's another straw that may break the warmongering camel's back!

All progress will be sabotaged as soon as next week.

lol the Keystone Pipeline was never canceled; it was completed many years ago. The XL is the fourth pipeline. Please quit being dumbasses; it doesn't help your propaganda efforts. Thanks in advance. Your Canadian govt. pipeline had been sending toxic sludge and leaking all over American lands for many years now. Be happy.

Cantwell Calls for Increased Oversight After Keystone Pipeline Spills Nearly 600,000 Gallons of Tar Sands, Largest Onshore Spill in Nearly a Decade

The December spill was the Keystone pipeline’s twenty-third leak since it became operational in 2010. Despite these incidents, PHMSA has continued to allow TC Energy to operate under a special permit to move product at pressure higher than allowed under regulations, which can lead to rupture.

Yet we still have tards here who are just mystified that nobody wanted that thing run over the only major aquifier in their state, not even the GOP Governor.

This is the first step for Iran toward regional hegemony. Those nations that have joined with Israel for their common defense will face the test once Iran announces that they have nukes. That announcement could come at any time now.
They've been using a partnership with North Korea to improve their ballistic missiles and to test their production of a nuclear warhead. The day they announce their possession of a nuclear weapon(s), they become untouchable without the risk of nuclear war.

They could impose a tariff on every ship passing through the Straits of Hormuz and could easily shut off the oil supply from there at a moment's notice. The choice then becomes kneeling before Iran or risking a general nuclear war. I think that choice will be imposed sooner than most believe.

Biden's handlers have made it clear that they will not attack Iran and they are doing everything in their power - behind the scenes - to slow or impair Israel's decision to strike in advance. This world teeters on a precipice we haven't seen since the 1930s.

Boo hoo, Iran. Any minute now since 1950!

This is a huge deal, but everyone's focused on Iran when the real focus ought to be KSA. This is MBS's middle finger to the United States. He's not necessarily abandoning the US - he can't afford to. But he can definitely spread his risk and make the US think a little, which is what this was about. In the process, he gave victories to China and Iran.

Is it in the interest of Saudi Arabia to do Uncle Sam´s bidding, lower oil prices and run into trouble with Russia, Iran, and what not?

It's in their interest to be less dependent on one market. It gives them (and OPEC) more political flexibility. India, Russia, China, and many other countries want this as well. They want a world in which they can murder an internationally popular dissident and not worry how Washington feels about it.

MBS is repeatedly spitting and wiping boogers on Joe Biden's face for his pre-inauguration criticism re Kashoggi (murdered WaPo journalist) and the war in Yemen. We've since threatened to stop arms sales to KSA, assuming that this threat would get his attention b/c of KSA's ongoing proxy fight with Iran. Turns out, MBS wants to turn down the heat on that conflict and spend more time extending his middle finger in our direction.

As a follow up to that post, MBS has a reason to lower the temperature with Iran. Iran has for years stoked tensions with KSA's large Shiite population in its largest oil-producing region Kobar/Dammam.

Over there
So many questions now that the Saudis and Iranians have reestablished ties
Will it bring an end to the war in Yemen?
Will they both join BRICS?
What does this mean for Syria?
What happens to the dollar?

While the US has been fueling their proxy war, the world is moving on
