All the money poured into ipads, macbooks and such poured right down the drain. They hold a machine with the capability to find any answer asked and results have been nothing short of mediocre. Why doesanyone in this situation fail? Just type in the question there is the answer.

Is this thread about education technology, or technology in general?

I think educational technology is always good. Digital has made it cheaper these days. It is an excellent illustrator, and as known for thousand years, a picture is worth a thousand words.

Generally though, technology is only a help for crooks.
