I know liberals love to look at the RICH for a source of revenue because they have a lot of wealth that could fund all their little entitlement programs. BUT if you look at the government like it was a consumer product serving the needs of the PUBLIC, it makes no sense that the rich should pay MORE for a product they use less than everyone else.
