The values which seem most TP adherents support seem to be framed by, "it's all about me"; compassion isn't one of them. `Envy, seems to be a common factor too, since distain for government employees (cops, teachers) and union members is another characteristic I observe as well as their hate for government in general.

It's about time Obama and the Democrats played hardball. If the radical Republicans push on with their plan to shrink the Federal Government down to a size they can drown it in a bathtub, their disapproval rate will exceed that of The Congress, currently at 87% disapproval.

Blaming Obama and/or Harry Reid isn't working and as more people become informed that the current play by Boehner is one the fringe Republicans have desired for years - Starve the Beast - more and more moderate Americans will disapprove of this radical ideology, and understand its source. Norquist must be happy as a clam, one wonders if he ever achieves this goal, will it bring him happiness or regret. Hell, he might need to get a real job.
