We went to the post office and bought passports, and Greyhound bus tickets to Toronto at noon hour today out of Philadelphia.
We are at a rest stop smoking a cigarette in upstate, New York.

She said aren't you going to miss America?

I said we never left...
We're just going to a decent America.

She asked me about my job...
I said that they'll get a phone call from Home Depot Canada..
If I worked there, I work here.
We'll get work visas at customs...
Then we'll apply for citizenship when we are eligible.

She asked me what are we going to do when we get to Toronto...
I said we do what we always do, get a hotel.

And I showed her these pics and asked her how this looks.

The fastest you can get a passport from the FUSA government is about three days ...and thats for like Death in family overseas ...thier are services that can do a passport in about 24hours but be prepared to shell out 500 bucks or more i know because ive known fella who has used a service ...I'm pretty sure you can't go to the fucking post office for your passport and get one on the spot lol

I've lived in Europe...I've been to Canaduh many times ...when was going I think all ya needed was your driver's license.. I had/still have a passport anyway didn't matter ...

I know the laws have changed...not to long ago maybe 5 or 6 years ago ... they have some other rapid card for Americans I think ....

I got a call from an attorney in Canada. He mentioned the case of a teenage girl who murdered her entire family.

I said, no way, that couldn't have happened I would have heard of it.

He told me that in Canada the media is not allowed to report the story when a minor commits a crime.

What that means is that when a teenage girl murders her entire family the Canadian government gets to cover it up and make people think bad things like that don't happen in Canada.
