The Movement of the Taliban in Pakistan claimed credit for today's suicide car bombing at the Pakistani Rangers Headquarters in the southern port city of Karachi. From Dawn:
They're sending suicide bombers out of the tribal region to terrorize Pakistanis while also sending even more into Afghanistan. I wonder if they're doing the same in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan Tajikistan Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan all nations still struggling to rebuild after the downfall of the Soviet Union. I also have a gut feeling that China and Russia, who are both in that area, might not be drawn into the conflict there.
