The Supreme Court isn't going to overturn roe v wade.

Roberts won't do it. Even if the other 4 will, he won't because it's established precedence.

That's the reason why Roberts voted with the liberals on this case.

The Texas case on the same law which was struck down set the precedence that Roberts sited as his reason to vote with the liberals.

So if you all think that you will succeed in overturning roe v wade, I have some wonderful ocean beachfront property in Colorado to sell you.

Abortion impacts African Americans at a higher rate than any other population group

black women make up 14 percent of the childbearing population. Yet, 36 percent of all abortions were obtained by black women. At a ratio of 474 abortions per 1,000 live births, black women have the highest ratio of any group in the country.

When you use those percentages, it indicates that of the over 44 million abortions since the 1973 Roe vs Wade Supreme Court ruling, 19 million black babies were aborted. African Americans are just under 13 percent of United States population.

White women are five times less likely to have an abortion than black women.

A study by Protecting Black Lives, in 2012, found that 79 percent of Planned Parenthood’s surgical abortion facilities are located within walking distance of minority communities.

That same year, Dr. Kermit Gosnell, an abortionist in the Philadelphia area, was arrested. His arrest followed a raid on his clinic by the Drug Enforcement Administration. Agents were acting on suspicion that he had been over prescribing oxycodone, but once inside the clinic, they were shocked to find female patients writhing on tables, in a facility that was littered in feces from a flea-ridden cat that could roam free inside the premises.

You would think such a horrific occurrence would be a big news story. When he went to trial,

The Women's Medical Society was raided on February 18, 2010
The raid was the result of a months-long investigation by the (DEA), the PPD and the state's
Dangerous Drug-Offender Unit into suspected illegal drug prescription use at the practice.

When the team members entered the clinic, they were appalled, describing it to the Grand Jury as 'filthy,' 'deplorable,' 'disgusting,' 'very unsanitary, very outdated, horrendous,' and 'by far, the worst'
that these experienced investigators had ever encountered.

There was blood on the floor.

A stench of urine filled the air.

A flea-infested cat was wandering through the facility, and there were cat feces on the stairs.

Semi-conscious women scheduled for abortions were moaning in the waiting room or the recovery room,
where they sat on dirty recliners covered with blood-stained blankets.

All the women had been sedated by unlicensed staff – long before Gosnell arrived at the clinic –
and staff members could not accurately state what medications or dosages they had administered

surgical procedure rooms were filthy and unsanitary… resembling 'a bad gas station restroom.'

Instruments were not sterile. Equipment was rusty and outdated.

Oxygen equipment was covered with dust, and had not been inspected.

The same corroded suction tubing used for abortions was the only tubing available for oral airways

in bags, milk jugs, orange juice cartons, and even in cat-food containers..

Gosnell admitted that at least 10 to 20 percent were probably older than 24 weeks [the legal limit]

The investigators found a row of jars containing just the severed feet of fetuses.

In the basement, they discovered medical waste piled high.

The intact 19-week fetus delivered by Mrs. Mongar three months earlier was in a freezer.

patients were given labor-inducing drugs by staff Once labor began,
the patient would be placed on a toilet. After the fetus fell into the toilet,
it would be fished out, so as not to clog the plumbing.

Steven Massof testified that he had snipped the spines
of more than 100 infants after they had been born alive,
and that this was considered "standard procedure" at the clinic;

Gosnell had a simple solution for the unwanted babies he delivered: he killed them. He didn’t call it that.
He called it “ensuring fetal demise.” The way he ensured fetal demise was by
sticking scissors into the back of the baby’s neck and cutting the spinal cord.
He called that “snipping.”

Over the years, there were hundreds of “snippings.”

Most of these acts cannot be prosecuted, because Gosnell destroyed the files.
Among the relatively few cases that could be specifically documented, was Baby Boy A.

His 17-year-old mother was almost 30 weeks pregnant – 7 1/2 months – when labor was induced.
An employee estimated his birth weight as approaching six pounds.

He was breathing and moving when Dr. Gosnell severed his spine
and put the body in a plastic shoebox for disposal.

The doctor joked that this baby was so big he could “walk me to the bus stop.”

Another, Baby Boy B, whose body was found at the clinic frozen in a one-gallon spring-water bottle,
was at least 28 weeks of gestational age when he was killed.

Baby C was moving and breathing for 20 minutes before an assistant came in
and cut the spinal cord, just the way she had seen Gosnell do it so many times.

And these were not even the worst cases.

These abortions were scheduled for Sundays, a day when the clinic was closed
and none of the regular employees were present.
Only one person was allowed to assist with these special cases – Gosnell’s wife.

The files for these patients were not kept at the office;
Gosnell took them home with him and disposed of them.
We may never know the details of these cases.

We do know, however, that, during the rest of the week,
Gosnell routinely aborted and killed babies in the sixth and seventh month of pregnancy.
The Sunday babies must have been bigger still.
