Your Muslim friends may be disappointed. The particular ruling that they are happy about applies to a program in which areas that do not provide public school pay the tuition of students to go to private school to ensure a "free" public education. If there are existing public elementary and middle schools, this will not apply to any private school, religious or not.

Obviously, a voucher system, allowing parents to choose which schools their children go to would be the best outcome, but the constitution does not require that, so states would have to vote it in. If that happened, I'd have no more objection to parents spending their voucher at Muslim school than anywhere else.
