The mistake made by the people making the accusations is instead of sticking to base accusations of racism, they accused them of being part of actual movements, i.e. White Supremacy and Neo-Nazism. Accusing someone of being members of such groups without any basis could be considered slander or libel.

The thing is most WP/Nazi types are proud of their positions and don't deny anything about being part of said movements.
