I'll find out and let you know. I just heard about it this past week and was disgusted over it. As for wine being a passion of yours, pay attention to this article about the sulfites. This is dangerous stuff. Forget what it says on the bottle - do that test it talks about in the OP and see if the wine you are drinking has sulfites in it. Yeah- Christian Brothers used to make wine- they are part of the legend of California wine making, but from what I recall, their field labor consisted pretty much the same as California vineyards have been using for the last 50 years- Mexican farm workers.
