so far there has been very poor turn-out for "Latinos" to sign up for healthcare in California.

they said "Latinos don't understand the program and we will start efforts to get them signed up"

i'm submitting my explanation to help the website out...


so...you as a Latino...sign up for healthcare and pay a little money (poco dinero)
claim hardship like you usually do,
and the rest of America pays your bills and the profits for you.
