Strange health scare today

I woke up and felt great
As soon as I get to work my entire body has flu like symptoms. I have severe muscle weakness and I am coughing and nauseous
I immediately leave work and crash at home .
Right now I feel ok

Maybe your flu-like symptoms mean you actually have the flu. It usually comes on pretty fast. Worst flu I ever had started with a sneeze that took me from feeling a little tired to praying for death in a matter of a few seconds.

You might want to talk to your Doctor.

I was diagnosed with extreme hypertension, severe anxiety, and massive depression. I didn't feel like I was any of those things, but they gave me a few tests, and they said I was almost at the point I would probably need to be monitored in a hospital for a week.

The doctor put me on some Welbutrin (it was the latest thing at the time) to see if it helped. It did. But even before the meds started working, I had a couple of patches of hair fall out off the back of my head. After a few months of taking the meds, I noticed I actually felt better than I did before, and my hair started growing back in those spots where it fell out.

You may be stressed out and not even know it.
